Please solve the KYC problem as soon as possible, don't let users KYC too often, and please remove the project Q&A verification, the project side often appears to have multiple answers to a question, if you answer the wrong question you will lose your whitelist status, very unfriendly to long time POLS users. And many countries are not necessarily English speaking, leading many users to fill in the wrong answers. English translations are not always standard. Multiple national languages can cause many users to answer questions incorrectly due to translation
